Today’s lunch was from Joan’s on Third. I had the Garden Vegetable Sandwich with: hummus, herbed cream cheese, sprouts, shredded carrots, and avocado on whole grain bread.
It was super yummy, and I totally dig carrots on a sandwich. Avocado? You can put that magic fruit on anything and I would eat it. Joans has tons of great sandwich choices and some fancy salads too.
There are far too many donuts in the office today…there’s a maple bar in the kitchen taunting me…I don’t like it, I don’t like it one bit.
